छठ पूजा-एक महापर्व छठ पूजा एक बहुत ही बड़ा महापर्व है।जो अधिकतर पूर्व-उत्तरीय क्षेत्रों में मनाया जाता है।इसे चार दिनों तक पूरे विधि विधान के साथ मनाया जाता है। इसे अधिकतर बिहार,झारखंड,पश्चिम बंगाल,और इससे साते हुए क्षेत्रों में मनाया जाता है। सबसे पहला यानी कि कार्तिक की शुक्ल पक्ष के चतुर्थी के दिन "नहाई खाई" मनाई जाती है और इसे "कद्दू-भात"भी कहते है इस इसलिए क्योंकि इस दिन सभी लोग नहा-धोकर धुले हए वस्त्र पहन कर भात, दाल और कद्दू की सब्ज़ी बनाकर खाते है। उसके अगले कार्तिक शुक्ल-पक्ष के पंचमी के दिन "खरना' होता है इस दिन इस दिन व्रत करने वाले पुरुष या स्त्री दिनभर अन्न ग्रहण नहीं करती है।उसी दिन रात को "छठ माँ" को दूध और गुड़ की खीर अर्पण की जाती है। चढ़ाने के उस कक्ष में जहां पूजा हुई है वहाँ से सब लोग बाहर निकल आते है और जो लोग व्रत किये होते है, वे कक्ष के अंदर जाकर दरवाज़ा बैंड कर लेते है और प्रशाद ग्रहण करते है।यदि उन्हें कोई शोर सुनाई देता है तोह उसी समय वे खाना छोड़ देते है और उतने ही खाए हुए वे दूसरे पूरे दिन व्रत करते है। जो लोग व्रत किये होते...
